What Causes Pain In Stomach And Abdomen Area?

Hello My is ana I have a pain on top of belly botton . It also feels like hard and I feel fat. Can t suck in my belly because it will hurt. On the right side like if you sitting and you put your hand a little under your boob . My question what may i Have it why dose it Hurt ! What should i do
