What Causes Pain In Stomach And Vaginal Area?

I have a friend who is suffering from issues in her stomach, and vaginal areas. She has been tested and nothing has seems to explain these problems. The only showing has been small cysts in her uterus. The doctors do not feel this is causing her problems. What should she do and are there any hospitals that you recommend that are known for solving difficult cases? She lives on Long Island.
