What Causes Pain In Stomach Following Cyst Removal From Ovary?

I am 22 and have been diagnosed with PCOS for a few years now. I have had two previous surgerys to remove one 13 cm and two 7cm cysts. During one surgery half of my left tue was removed. A few months ago i went to the GYNO and was told i had a 7 cm cyst. I didnt have any pain until a few days ago and now my lower stomach close to my hip bone on the left side is hurting. Well more like aching with sharp pains every now and again. Do you think there is any worry? What do you suggest I do?
