What Causes Pain In Tailbone Along With Numbness In Knees?

I have continuing tailbone pain. I have not fallen or been injured. I also have had numbness from the knee down on my left leg. This has been over two years. I am also prone to lower back muscle spasms that require rest and chiropractic visits. Can you offer advice
