What Causes Pain In Tailbone When Suffering From Disc Herniation?

Hi, I have a torn and herniated disc in L4 and L5. I am also having pain in my tailbone. I don t dare go anywhere that I have to sit for over 20 minutes or so and standing isn t any better. I can only get relief while I am laying down. This injury took place while I was pushing a large box across the room. Can you please tell me what is wrong?
