What Causes Pain In Teeth, Tingling Sensation On Face And Numbness On Lips?

I have numb tingly lips pain in front teeth top and bottom strange sensation round my nose, tingly face, no runny or blocked nose, I m scared in case this is Tia I have had the numb lips and tingly face since 5am thus morning but the pain pressure sensitivity in my teeth for over a week what could this be?
