What Causes Pain In Testicle Post Ejaculation?

hi doctor, i have testicle problem.my left testicle is shorter than right one.its ratio 3:7. After ejaculation there is pain in the left testicle. i got an interview in indian defense. for this unbalanced testicles it is difficult. it seems like i am incomplete. please help me to cure.
