What Causes Pain In Testicle Radiating Up To The Back?

About six weeks ago I woke with back pain and it s still with me but I m not sure it ds my back because the pain seems to be coming from my right testicle. I can t isolate the pain but nothing hurts when I m sat down and stationary, it only hurts when I move around. The pain is severe.
