What Causes Pain In Testicle While Passing Urine And During Erections?

Hi can I ask you about my testicle pain when I pass urine and during erection of penis? It has been started since 5days. And in at the first two three days of its starting....I feel so pain while passing urine and the urine colour was yellowish in colour and their is also painful hit it my penis during passing urine and at the time of penis erection. Also,during erection I can see some sperms in the head of my penis which I never had before this pain. Can u tell me the reason of the pain and its way to cure the pain?
