What Causes Pain In Testicles After Masturbation?

I get pain in my testicles both after masturbation i am 50 yrs. I have checkup my testis with a specialist doctor.

doctor say everything is fine not to worry,but i fill irritation in my upper tummy and fill the testes hard. doctor has given me tablet Emanzen-D.
