What Causes Pain In Testicles, Pink Or Yellow Semen And Coudy Urine?

My right testicle it in alot of pain when it is touched. I have to pee all the time, and it burns. It is like a coudy yellow. My sperm was not white, it was like a pinkish color once and then today was like a yellow color like mucus. What are these symptoms?
