What Causes Pain In Testicles Post Bowel Movement?

Hi my left testicle hurts after any bowel movement.. Feels like a growth growing at the bottom of it ... I dunno what it could be? I am highly sexually active and use Crystal meth now daily. I m also HIV positive... No STI s as I had labs recently.. Its beennabout a month now! What is this?
