What Causes Pain In Testicles?

Hi , I am santhosh. i have a problem in my testis, i am getting pain in my testis frequently. and i had the habit of masterbate , i used to do frequently, i recently got married so if i have sex regularly, i am not getting the pain. so i need to help on this, whether it will affect my sexual life, do i get child?
