What Causes Pain In The Arm & Neck While Pulling?

hi i was pulling a refig. and my arm and neck started to hurt alot they told me i had c2-c3 foraminal narrowing and tiny central dis protrusion and at c-4c5 mild left uncovertebral arthropathy mildly narrows the left neural foramen can you help explan this better to me
