What Causes Pain In The Arms While Sleeping?

A few weeks now i have a pain in left arm when sleeping...not during the day.
last night i also noticed a slight pinching over chest ( comes and goes for a split second)
and resumed on and off ..even now
my right arm also from forearm to wrist also hurts..
Could i of caused this from working out?
