What Causes Pain In The Breasts And Frequent Urination While On Duphaston?

Hi Doctor,My wife has PCOS and with HCG, HMG triggers ovulation occurred. Now she is taking duphaston for the past 10 days. She feels too much pain in the breasts, frequent urination, cramps in the lower abdomen, lower back pain. Now today is 12 days post ovulation. Can this be a pregnancy or any side effect of medicine?
