What Causes Pain In The Center Of Chest After Heart Valve Replacement?

Hello Dr Andrew, my mum had heart valve replacement (pig skin) about 3 months ago. Ladt night she had bad pain innthe centre of her chest and is hosp. they are saying it is fluid. Prior to having surgery she had a lot of fluid in her lungs I thought this problem should be gone heart surgery went well.
