What Causes Pain In The Center Of Chest?

Great day.. I wake up this morning., I feel pain on the center of my chest. when I enhale, it hurts. I am nervous why I felt this pain. I am 36yrs old. I have a daughter., I afraid to be sick because of my daughter. Kindly send me an answer. Thank you
