What Causes Pain In The Chest Post C-section Surgery?

I had a c-section 23 days ago and I had large clots (vaginally) for a few weeks. My doctor found out my iron levels were at 10 Nd had me start taking iron supplements. Ov the past 7-10 days, I ve had periodic small clots (quarter-half dollar size). I have been experiencing chest pains since this AM and it s gotten steadily worse. It sa constant chest pain, not just when I take breaths. I am a 29 year old female who had no complications with my pregnancy or delivery. Should I go in and be seen?
