What Causes Pain In The Chest With Facial Numbness And Tingling Sensation?

Pain in left side chest behind breast bone hurts mostly from movement....ive had many issuse with chest pain in the past and its a different spot everytime my face goes numb and tingly often and left arm feels heavy and weak sometimes....shortness of breath feeling off and on all the time and dizziness consistently for 2 years as well as developed panic attacks and anxiety...i seen a cardiologist last year and he said everything is fine but i dont believe that considering i havent been well for 2 years seady....im currently 32 years old 5"11 and 265lbs
