What Causes Pain In The Clitoris Which Is Red And Swollen?

I am 30 weeks pregnant and experiencing clitoris pain. It's really red and swollen. My doctor said they say some bacteria that may be a UTI and precribed me medicine for a week. I took all of them and they pain is still there!! I tried asking my doctor about the pain she just said it wont go away. Is there anything I can do, or do I nee to talk to another midwife?
