What Causes Pain In The Enlarged Ovary?

hi im 22 yrs old 5'4 200 lbs and i had a c section 2 1/2 yrs ago. Have no insurance so I went to gynocologist who told me limited information. My ovary is swollen, she gave me loestrin birth control and I bled heavy for almost a month. I stopped taking it because I couldn't handle the bleeding. I have had light spotting ever since, i get pulsating pain on the side where my ovary is enlarged. the last doctor said I had a lot of "junk" to get rid of inside my uterus Im not sure what I have or why Im not improving
