What Causes Pain In The Face , Hand And Feet?

I have tingling (pins and needles) in my face, hands and feet and today I had them in one of my knees as well. It has been going on for about a week. I had eye surgery (one of many retinal surgeries through the years so I am no stranger to the surgery nor the anesthetic) and am on some new eye drops, Zymar, as well as (tobridol or tobridor....sorry I don't have that one in front of me.) As well as a diuretic for the last 4 days (one more day to go). Could the new eye drops be a cause of these sensations? I have also just stopped taking Combigan and lumigan for the pressure in my eyes. These sensations are a little disconcerting especially when I read things like MS being also rated with that type of symptom. I will be 49 in a couple of months and take no other medications except clonazepam as needed for anxiety. My anxiety usually manifests with feeling like I have a boulder resting on my chest, and although it can cause me trouble with feeling like i am not getting my full breath, rarely do I hyperventilate which I know can bring on these pins and needle sensations. Any thoughts? How much longer should I give these sensations before I visit my doctor?
Thank you
Shari
