What Causes Pain In The Forehead And Eyes?

Hi Doctor, over the past few days, i've started getting pain on the forehead and the eyes, as if the eyes are a kind of tired and also i tend to squint the eyes all the time,while watching tv, or working with the laptop, or when exposed to bright light. i find it difficult to read small lettered words. am not wearing glasses. is this anything to do with my eye power? kindly help.
