What Causes Pain In The Head Upon Coughing Post Injury?

I fell 2 stories....was not sober so don't remember falling.....I believe I bruised my tailbone....I can walk fine but with some pain. It hurts to cough.
I don't feel any bumps on my head but it hurts when I cough sneeze and bend over. Could I have concussion ?
