What Causes Pain In The Jaw, Throat, Ears And Chest?

I Had unprotected sex with girl Three days later, I awoke with a sore throat and noticed my right tonsil was enlarged. Over the next few weeks, I would wake up with a sore throat every now and then, and my tonsils remained large. It has been 8 weeks now, and my tonsils are still really big. I have been experiencing jaw pain, throat pain, pain traveling up into my ears, slight headaches, slight chest pain, and some pain in my arms and groin area. I have had no fever, rash, or night sweats at all. Is this indicative of ARS?
