What Causes Pain In The Leg Post Pravastatin Withdrawal?

Hi, I was taking pravastatin to low my cholesterol level; I did it for 3 months and I stop taking it 3 weeks ago. I am noticing a little pain in the side of my legs, specially when I lay down; I want to know if this is because I stop the medication. I don t have Insure untill after July. Thanks. Lucy
