What Causes Pain In The Little Finger With Pins And Needles And Numbness?

I bent my pinky finger back by accident and it really hurt after. I had shooting pain all down my finger but i could bend it without any pain. My knuckle sticks out more then my other knuckle on my other hand but its not swollen and i keep getting pins and needles in just my finger, it also goes numb and cold and i don t know what to do. I don t know if its broken or not but it throbs and i still get shooting pains down my finger.
