What Causes Pain In The Penis During Masturbation?

Hello Sir, I am 28 years old and never married. I have been doing masturbate since 2003 and my penis have foreskin. Two months back i tried masturbate for 3-4 times in a day and after that i got severe pain in my penis. it feels like needles are poking it and stuff. After that i used to masturbate 2-3 times per week. Now i am getting pain if i do masturbate. it remains one or two days. But i can able to masturbate if i have pain. Can you please advise what is the problem and how to solve it. Thanks in Advance.
