What Causes Pain In The Right Foot?

Hi, I have a really sharp pain in the center of my bottom right foot. Im 25yrs old, 5ft5inches and i weigh 160lbs. Im very energetic and my overall health is very good. The pain comes and goes but it only happens when i start walking. Sometimes the pain is so bad I start to wonder if it's possibly a form of arthritis. Can you please help?
