What Causes Pain In The Right Pelvis And Blood In The Urine?

Hello, wondering if you can help?, i have been very unwell for four days now with what started as aches and pains and bad shivering, feeling boiling hot then cold, to feeling really nausous. i vomited early hours of monday morning and since than have huge waves of nausea but unable to bring anything up. i haven,t drunk much water and haven,t eaten for a few days now. i also have a slight pain on my right hand side of pelvis ( almost ovary pain). i have been to my docs today and he wasn't sure, seems to think it is a virus, but he also found some blood in my urine but no urine infection. i have just managed to have some soup an am just seeing if that stays down. i have just felt so so unwell. many thanks.
