What Causes Pain In The Right Side Of Throat Under Mandible?

hi i fell backwards while sitting and i landed on ice with my head ... my head is fine but after i fell on my head i did a backwards summersault and now the right side of my throat just under my mandible is a pain probaly8/10 and its causing breathing troubles
