What Causes Pain In The Throat Of Swallowing Or Talking?

For the last few weeks I ve had a sore throat. It started on the right side. It has since switched sides several times. Usually for a couple of days each. I ll wake up and the side it hurt yesterday is fine and moved to the opposite side. It hurts more when I talk and swallow. I also have ear pain and pressure on the same side as the pain. No fevers no strep exposure.
