What Causes Pain In The Top Of Breast?

I am 19 and a female for the past 2 days i have had pain in the top of my right breast, I ve tried to take painkillers but they don t touch the pain I m having, hurts a lot even if I press gently even worse if I move my fingers on where it hurts, help! Starting to worrie a bit !
