What Causes Pain In The Upper Part Of Body?

Just curious- I have bodyaches all over especially in my upper torso and thighs. I can hardly reach behind my back with my left arm which extremely uncommon. There is similar pain on my right arm but quite as severe. There is some slightpainon the topsand bottoms ofmyarsm and sometime on top ofmy hands. My first few moves out of bed or off the couch are slow and painful moderately. Curious as to what your opinion may be.
