What Causes Pain In The Urethra During Urination With Foul Smelling Urine?

Why when I just took my morning wee did it hurt in my urethra and smell like poo? I had a kidney i fection last christmas and a terrible case of reoccuring utis all throught the year as well as chronic cystitis they pumped me with antibiotics i started getting flank kidney pain again a few days ago now i feel like i have abother uti in my urethra and the urine stinks of feces
