What Causes Pain In The Wrists Upon Moving?

Hi- I ve had pain in the top of my wrist for 2 weeks. It s a sharp pain that I feel when bending my hand up/back. It doesn t hurt when it s in resting position nor does it hurt when I m typing this. Just when raising the hand up. It also hurts when I try to rub the painful spot/put pressure on it. I don t feel any lumps or bumps under the skin. Thoughts?
