What Causes Pain In Thighs Along With Palpitations And Dizziness?

I am female, 50 years old. I have been experiencing sharp pain in the back of my thighs and up the glut muscles when I first get up in the mornings, it is pretty sharp. Makes me not want to stand up straight or walk. I have had chest tightness and constant pain for long periods of time. I have had heart racing and palpitations as well as irregular heart beat for long periods of time. I also have nausea and light headiness. I have been diagnosed with a leaky aorta valve, sometimes the swishing can be heard but not always. I am concerned this is heart trouble of some sort.
