What Causes Pain In Throat, Neck, Blood In Mucus And Ear Pain?

I've had pain on the left side of my throat for like a week, and it's being hurting a bit when I swallow or cough, but this morning is worse. The pain moved to the front of my neck and when I cough or sneeze there's a bit of blood on my mucus. Salina also taste kind of weird... And left side of the ear hurts... Also when I touch left side it hurts like a bruise more than a sore throat
