What Causes Pain In Throat While Swallowing?

Pain deep in throat when swallowing, multiple cysts on thyroid, pain when touching / squeezing area around thyroid / esophagus / trachea. Feeling of lump when swallowing. Hoarse voice. At times chest pain. And to top it off, dripping bloody nose, several times, most often early in the morning. See ent tomorrow...can t sleep!
