What Causes Pain In Tonsils And Chills?

Hi, on Sunday I had unprotected oral sex with a girl. Yesterday I woke up with my right tonsil hurting and I developed chills on my skin throughout the night. Today I woke up with both of my tonsils hurting worse then the night before and still had the chills. I also have this type of sore under the head of my penis between the skin. You can't see anything but it sort of feels like a bruise or something. Could this be herpes or some type of tonsilitis (hopefully). Give me some good news doc! Thanks
