What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen Along With Dizziness?

I have pain in right side of my stomache below ribs my back is hurting worse than normal (have old back injury) when i try to move around i sweat and get real dizzy light headed This has happend several times in past ive been treated for UTI but when lab results come back it not that but is infection usally i take Cipro and start felling better soon but This symptoms started acouple days ago
