What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen Along With Nausea?

I have pain in the abdomen under my breast and goes on my right side its worst after food sometime I feel nauseous. I went for ultra sound and they said everything is fine I just want to know about this pain .I eat fine this pain is there for two months
