What Causes Pain In Upper Abdomen Along With Nausea?

I am a married lady. During these day i m little bit pain in my upper part of abdomen. Some nausea. But this condition is not parmanat. It happened once or twice a day or some time after two or three days. These days i lso become so much sleepy. But i have no complain of constipitation or diarrhoea. I want to know that these signs are of early pregnancy of stomach disturbance. I can t do pregnancy test because today is only 12th day of my cycle. Plz tell me about this
