What Causes Pain In Upper Back After Smoking Crack Cocaine?

From Friday to early Sunday morning I was smoking Crack cocaine I have pain In the upper right back of my body my symptoms when I cough it hurts I have sharp pain, when I breathe it doesn t hurt . When I move to my left side it hurts bad does that have something to do with my lungs.
