What Causes Pain In Upper Back, Armpits, Neck And Groin?

Hi Sir, I am male 33, I had unprotected sex with a women for few minutes. After three days I got mouth ulcer and my bowel movement got increased to three. I have upper back pain and pain in my armpits, neck and groin. (No swelling). Also i have pain in my joints I have a blood uric acid count of 7.9mg/ul. Also my ESR is 18mm/hr. My urinalysis shows 2-3/hpf Pus Cels and 0-1 hpf RBC. others are normal. Is it related to HIV. What s your perception in this case
