What Causes Pain In Upper Back While Bending And Deep Breathing?

I bent over to pick something up and felt like I was going to vomit. When I stood up I could barely move. It s gotten worse throughout the day. Hurts to move, cough or deep breath on my left side on my upper back all the way around to under my left breat.
