What Causes Pain In Upper Breast?

i am having sharp shooting pain in my right upper breast and also having pain in my right side right at the start of my rib cage it is really bad in the morning and when i have to go pee also when the sharp pain in my breast starts it feels like heartburn i have no money for the doctor right now
