What Causes Pain In Upper Chest And Back Of Shoulders Inspite Of Zerodol-p Intake?

hello sir/madam ,i am having upper chest both sides pain and pulling . i am 32 year married women. i went and checked ECG it was normal. doctor told it is musucles pain. but i am getting both upper sex next little below the neck.sides of sex upper part. they given zerodol-p tablets. i have back side shoulder pain bone of shoulders. i am worried.
