What Causes Pain In Upper Chest And Back With Bad Cough?

My wife is experiencing general aches throughout her upper chest and back region. She is also battling a bad cough with lots of drainage from sinus congestion. She was on an antibiotic for a sinus infection which she completed on Thursday. The aches occurred after she finished with the antibiotics. She takes medication for allergies and for high blood pressure. She has a hard time getting comfortable and some difficulty in sleeping due to the aches. We are trying to get her comfortable to sleep or trying to decide if she needs to go into the doctor. Thanks for your advise.
